Personal Trainer – Private Studio (No Sales | Full Benefits)

At Fitness Together Burlington, we’re not your typical gym and that’s the point.

We’ve built a place where trainers can actually focus on what matters: helping clients move, feel, and live better. 1-on-1 and small group training, in a private studio, no crowds, no chaos, and no sales.

We’re looking for passionate Personal Trainers who are ready to grow, learn, and make a real impact. If you love helping people and want a steady, professional environment with full support and benefits, we’d love to meet you.


What You’ll Do
  • Create customized, evidence-based fitness programs

  • Lead private sessions focused on strength, mobility, and overall health

  • Track progress every few weeks and celebrate client success

  • Work alongside a small, supportive, and motivated team

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science (or related)

  • 1+ year of training experience

  • CPR/AED certified

  • NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or ISSA certification preferred
