Job description

The Hotel Front Desk Clerk plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient guest experience by managing check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries. As an integral member of the front desk team, this position operates across day and night shifts, providing outstanding customer service and handling various administrative and operational tasks to support smooth hotel operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Handle reservation management and accommodate reservation inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints
