Mechanical Assembler – 3rd Shift

Location: Houston, TX 77032

Pay: $18-$22

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Stator Technicians for the THIRD SHIFT to support the inspection, repair, and assembly of stators used in industrial equipment. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude and experience working in a shop or manufacturing environment. (3rd Shift: 5:00pm – 5:00am)

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, repair, and assemble stators and related components.
  • Perform dimensional checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
  • Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
  • Identify defects, damage, or wear and complete needed repairs.
  • Operate hand tools, shop equipment, and material handling equipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow quality standards and production requirements.

Qualifications

  • Previous 5+ experience in stator work, motor repair, electrical/mechanical assembly, or related manufacturing environment
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Manual lathe experience is preferred
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow technical instructions.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely. (50 lbs.)
