Stator Technician - Night Shift

77073 - Houston, TX
$19.00 - $20.00/hour DOE
Monday - Friday - Possible Saturdays | 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM
8% Shift Differential after training

Position Summary

ProSource Staffing is hiring a Stator Technician for a manufacturer of precision components used in the industrial drilling industry. This position is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment and performing various production processes involved in the assembly and finishing of stators while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate equipment used in the stator manufacturing process, including:
    • Metal preparation (blasting)
    • Adhesive application
    • Stator assembly
    • Rubber injection
    • Rubber cutback
    • Straightening and finishing
  • Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Assist with other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Manual lathe experience required for Stator Cutback Operators.
  • Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred.
  • Ability to read basic work instructions and complete production documentation.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
