As Digital Marketing Manager you will report to the company’s Chief Marketing Officer and will be at the forefront of CEIPAL’s efforts to disrupt the HR management software market. You will drive the digital marketing strategy and execution with ultimate responsibility for the new business generated by Marketing. You will own the online demand generation budget and be responsible for efficiently deploying it to grow demand and new business, with support from our digital marketing agency and demand gen team. You will research and analyze competitor’s campaigns and obtain insights from customers and industry partners to create a high-impact online demand generation strategy, utilizing the full range of online marketing channels. You will manage the complete marketing conversion funnel and be responsible for tracking, reporting, and optimizing conversions.

Responsibilities:

●      Build and articulate a coherent digital marketing strategy, including budget, channels, and success metrics

●      Oversee and manage the company’s digital marketing efforts

●      Drive execution of the digital marketing strategy, including budget, channels, and reporting

●      Research, discover, test, and optimize new online marketing channels and campaigns

●      Build targeted demand generation campaigns focusing on multiple markets, industries, company sizes, and geographic regions

●      Continuously benchmark the CEIPAL demand generation efforts against competitors and industry best practices, and be at the forefront of modern B2B demand generation

Required Qualifications:

●       5+ years of online marketing demand generation experience

●       An understanding of (and passion for) conversion rate optimization strategies and how to use them to achieve the best ROI

●       An aptitude for seeing the “big picture” and determining the right mix of demand generation strategies

●       Expert understanding of the various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Email, re-marketing, and software review sites such as Capterra, Software Advice, etc.

●       A solid understanding of technical, on-, and off-page SEO strategies

●       Proven success with developing and implementing demand generation and conversion optimization strategies for the various stages of the Marketing Funnel

●       Expertise managing Hubspot, including report generation, workflows, forms, and conversion tracking

●       Expertise in configuring and using Google Analytics to analyze online behavior, define, and optimize lead conversion paths

●       Team player who excels at cross-group collaboration and problem solving

●       A passion for data, analysis, and statistics
