The position will require onsite attendance in Annapolis Junction, MD. Essential Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement advanced statistical and analytical methods to examine processes, systems, and diverse datasets, including structured, semi‑structured, and unstructured data.. Develop and source sourcing software programs, algorithms, dashboards, information tools, and data queries to clean, model, integrate, and evaluate datasets.

Employs statistical concepts, linguistic analysis, and programming skills to create and refine analytical techniques and methodologies. Remain current on emerging analytic methodologies, statistical technologies, and best practices. Collaborate with functional business units to drive analytic solutions, support technical direction, and present findings in a clear and actionable manner to enable informed business and operational decisions.

Minimum Qualifications 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience. Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts within statistics, analytics, and model validation. General knowledge of related disciplines such as data engineering, machine learning, linguistics, or systems analysis.

Ability to provide technical solutions to a wide range of complex and difficult problems. Strong proficiency with statistical programming languages, analytical tools, and data manipulation techniques. Ability to communicate complex quantitative findings to non‑technical stakeholders.

Clearance: SECRET security clearance required. Physical Requirements May require working in an office, industrial, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
