Director, Business Process Analysis - AI Enablement
About your role:
As Director, Business Process Analysis - AI Enablement, you will lead the operating rhythm that keeps implementation work moving with discipline, visibility, and accountability. You will partner across business, product, technology, data, risk, and operations to improve delivery performance, scale AI-enabled ways of working, and translate strategic priorities into measurable operational results.
What you'll do:
  • Lead day-to-day operating cadence across the implementation function, including governance routines, escalations, and cross-functional decision support.
  • Drive weekly project tracking, scorecards, and executive reporting to monitor schedule, budget, risks, and outcome key performance indicators.
  • Keep projects on track and on budget by identifying variances early, directing corrective actions, and aligning accountable stakeholders to delivery commitments.
  • Own the continuous improvement agenda by standardizing intake-to-delivery processes, reducing handoff inefficiencies, and applying lessons learned across implementation workflows.
  • Lead AI enablement efforts by identifying high-value use cases, supporting deployment of AI-enabled tools including unframe.ai, and scaling capabilities that improve quality, speed, and operational efficiency.
  • Direct current-state and future-state process mapping, gap analysis, requirements definition, and control point design to support scalable and compliant process improvements.
  • Translate business needs into roadmaps, requirements, and execution plans, and communicate progress, priorities, and outcomes to senior leaders through clear reporting.

Experience you'll need to have:
  • 8+ years of experience in implementation leadership, business transformation, consulting, or operational improvement within financial services, payments, or technology environments.
  • 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving portfolio management, process redesign, technology enablement, or operational execution.
  • 8+ years of experience leading current-state and future-state process mapping, gap analysis, business requirements definition, and process control design.
  • 8+ years of experience deploying AI, automation, analytics, or decision-support tools to improve delivery quality, cycle time, cost efficiency, or operational performance.
  • 8+ years of experience establishing governance frameworks and controls that align business priorities with risk, compliance, and technology standards.
  • Experience using executive reporting, scorecards, and performance metrics to manage delivery outcomes, identify risks, and support decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation within a client implementation or service delivery organization.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar structured improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with process mining, workflow analytics, or data visualization tools.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or equivalent certification in program or project management.
  • Master's degree in business, operations, technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

How you'll work:
  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.

Travel: This role requires occasional travel (up to 10%).
