Responsibilities:

  • Lead evaluation and optimization of manufacturing processes for masterbatch, pigment dispersions, and colored compounds.
  • Drive division-level project tracking, execution, and timely completion of plant and customer initiatives.
  • Monitor and improve key operational KPIs such as scrap, downtime, throughput, and efficiency.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and drive corrective actions.
  • Maintain and enforce process documentation, control parameters, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings to ensure project alignment and accountability across teams.
  • Lead capital improvement projects such as equipment installations, upgrades, and layout modifications.
  • Oversee planning and execution of customer trials and support technical sales activities as required.
