Job Title

Employee Listening & Survey Analytics Contractor

Primary Function of Position The People Analytics & Research team partners with HR and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights that inform talent and organizational decisions. We are seeking a part-time contractor (up to 30 hours per week) to support our employee listening and survey analytics programs. This role will primarily support survey analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and research activities across employee experience initiatives.

Essential Job Duties

Analyze employee survey and workforce datasets to identify trends, key drivers, and actionable insights.

Conduct statistical analyses, benchmarking, and employee listening research.

Support analysis of open-ended survey comments using qualitative and AI-assisted methods.

Create dashboards, reports, visualizations, and executive-ready presentations.

Translate analytical findings into clear business implications and recommendations using a storytelling mindset.

Support survey design, measurement development, and employee listening projects.

Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and analytical methodologies.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience analyzing survey data and working with large datasets.

Advanced Excel skills.

Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms.

Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.

Experience with R, Python, SQL, or other statistical software.

Strong written communication skills and ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to validate data and quality-check analyses and outputs Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team, and maintain confidentiality when handling employee data.

Experience supporting employee engagement, employee experience, or employee listening programs.

Experience conducting advanced survey analyses (e.g., driver analysis, significance testing, text analytics).

Required Education and Training

Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Data Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.

Working Conditions

Part-time contractor role (up to 30 hours per week).

Remote or hybrid work arrangement (Sunnyvale CA or Peachtree Corners, GA).

Flexible schedule with availability to support critical reporting timelines.
