As an LCSW at Terra State Group, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand your patients’ needs and developing tailored treatment plans based on best practices and solution-focused approaches.
• Applying various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring interventions align with each client’s unique circumstances.
• Documenting all clinical interactions and maintaining accurate records to comply with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to deliver well-rounded care, participating in treatment planning and case reviews.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development through case consultations and peer reviews to continually enhance care quality.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health, treatment procedures, and available resources to empower them in their healing journey.
• Staying current with trends and research in mental health to incorporate the latest findings into your clinical practice and provide the best outcomes for your patients.

Your role will center around a diverse patient population seeking support for issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal challenges. The following credentials and attributes are essential for the successful candidate:

• Possession of a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Florida.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience delivering psychotherapy services within a healthcare setting.
• Expertise in solution-based intervention strategies along with demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills.
