Job Summary:
Keylent Inc is a company seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead their technology strategies and architecture. The role involves documenting standards, defining technology operations, and providing technical guidance while collaborating across the organization to drive adoption of architectural principles.
Responsibilities:
• Documents and publishes enterprise architecture standards and roadmaps, technology simplification strategy and planning, technology lifecycle management
• Defines and rationalizes the technology and security operations that supports the application solutions/tools
• Hands on abilities to build MVP solutions and/or reference implementation
• Develop Technology Reference Architecture, decision criteria and patterns including guidelines for designing and developing target state technology capabilities
• Maintain a broad knowledge of new industry standard technology tools and trends and apply that knowledge to architecture designs
• Provide assessment of current state technology architecture and recommendation of future state technology architecture
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers, designers, and developers.
• Develop Architecture documents / artifacts from templates working with extended IT and Business teams
• Identify architectural risks and plans to mitigations risks, adherence to standards and best practices
• Influences and communicates effectively with non-technical audiences including senior product and business management
• Work collaboratively across the company to drive adoption of technical standards, design principles and architecture patterns.
• Development of technology blueprints and reference architectures
• Identify, evaluate and recommend solutions that meets business requirements
• Provide architecture consultations and technology decisions aligned with future state strategic architecture
• Collaborates with other architects to create and document standards and patterns that can be leveraged for future re-use, and actively seek opportunities to leverage industry solutions for new business offerings and services.
• Monitors and analyzes industry technology trends to determine their potential impact or application for the organization.
• Provides thought leadership to various stakeholders by analyzing technology, business and operational implications of technology investment decisions.
• Create contextual and conceptual models that help document and simplify potentially complex topics.
• Provides comprehensive analytical thinking to ensure transformation costs, impact and value are properly understood estimated and controlled across people, process and technology.
• Collaborates with customers, vendors, industry consultants and senior company leadership to continuously learn and identify opportunities to advance on our business strategy.
• Ability to tailor communications to the C-suite level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong relationship building skills.
• Persuasive in influencing strategic architecture direction, framing reference architectures, specifying policies and standards, drive consensus on target state architectures, and influence roadmaps.
• Skilled in applying strategic architecture direction to project delivery using standard engagement methods.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years relevant business and IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience of working in the healthcare industry.
• 2+ years of architecture practice experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in understanding enterprise architecture life cycle methodologies.
• Experience working in the Healthcare Industry, is preferred
• Ability to tailor communications to the C-suite level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong relationship building skills.
• Persuasive in influencing strategic architecture direction, framing reference architectures, specifying policies and standards, drive consensus on target state architectures, and influence roadmaps.
• Skilled in applying strategic architecture direction to project delivery using standard engagement methods.
