Title and Summary

Senior Technical Program ManagerOverview
The Payment Enablement team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager who can lead the planning and organization of an agile team. The ideal candidate is a proficient agile scrum master and project manager that takes ownership of the effectiveness of their squad and delivery of their projects.
Role
Facilitates scrum ceremonies for an agile team; i.e. daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint reviews, backlog grooming, retrospective, and demos.
Provides agile coaching, helping the team self-organize, enforce team agreements, and employ best practices and processes.
Recognizes discordant views and takes part in constructive dialog to resolve them
Tracks and manages manifest definitions, release integration, timing, scope and delivery.
Provides ongoing updates (with data) on the state of delivery.
Proactively manages dependencies, ensuring all outputs are production ready at launch.
Understands the business context and the associated customer use case.
Understands team's technologies and able to evaluate system designs and architecture as they participate in solution discussions
Improves team processes that accelerate delivery, drive innovation, lower costs, and improve quality
Looked to as the first point of contact for team's projects.
Experienced in and understands industry technologies.

All About You
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
Relevant experience as a scrum master, project manager, or related field.
Experience working on enterprise level projects and managing software projects with advanced knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Proficient at building and maintaining strong business relationships.
Proficient with MS Office tools.
Proficient with project tracking tools such as JIRA. Familiarity with Aha! Pay Ranges

O'Fallon, Missouri: $96,000 - $163,000 USD
