 What you will do: As an Assistant Program Director, is responsible for the quality delivery and oversight of the treatment, educational, vocational and student health and welfare services in accordance with Rite of Passage policies and procedures as-well-as federal, state, and local rules, regulations, licensing, practices and laws. In the absence of the Program Director, this position is responsible for the day-to-day site operations, administrative oversight for the site, and leader of the site management team. To be considered you should: Possess a BA/BS in related field (Master’s Degree preferred). Have four years of related experience in residential facility management. Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple people and projects. Have good interpersonal skills including the ability to interview potential employees. Must be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities, with the ability to adjust to high pressure and rapidly changing business conditions. Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB Test.
