Job description

Weโ€™re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. Youโ€™ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay activeโ€”whether theyโ€™re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
  • Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist (PT) license.
  • Experience working with adult and geriatric populations in skilled nursing or long-term care settings is preferred.
  • Experience with documentation and compliance; experience with Net Health is a plus.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and professional conduct.
