Job Description

We are seeking a Delivery Manager / Senior Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise web applications.
You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, managing cross-functional teams building high-performance Java and Angular solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Delivery Management
Own end-to-end delivery of complex, full-stack software products from inception to deployment.
Manage project timelines, scope, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Enforce Agile practices, leading Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and removing team roadblocks.
Ensure code quality and architectural alignment across Java and Angular ecosystems.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, QA engineers, and tech leads.
Manage senior stakeholders, providing transparent status reports, metrics, and governance.
Drive performance evaluation, technical growth plans, and hiring for the delivery unit.
Technical Skills Required
Backend Ecosystem
Core Java & Spring: Deep understanding of Java (8+), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices.
Data Layer: Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.
Architecture: Proven experience with RESTful APIs, event-driven design, and message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
Frontend Ecosystem
Angular Framework: Strong grasp of Angular (v12+), TypeScript, RxJS, and state management (NgRx).
Web Basics: Solid foundation in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and responsive design.
DevOps & Cloud
CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
Cloud & Containers: Familiarity with AWS/Azure and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience & Qualifications
Experience: 10 years in software engineering, with 4+ years in a delivery/project management role.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications: PMP, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or PMI-ACP is good to have ."

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 70000 to 95000
