Join our team as a Housekeeping Team Lead to support our gated retirement community. All of our clients live within our community, so there is no travel involved!
Compensation: Commensurate with experience, starting at $16.50/hr

How you will make an impact
  • Providing leadership, direction, and support to the Housekeepers under the guidance of the Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Manager
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of assigned areas.
  • Completing assigned work orders and following a detailed schedule
  • May be asked to assist with set-ups, requiring movement of furniture.
  • Scheduling and supervising daily work assignments
  • Training, mentoring and coaching new employees.

What you will need
  • Minimum of 1 years' experience in Housekeeping.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role (preferred)
  • Must have excellent, customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations
  • Ability to lead a team
