Job description

Title: Clinical Manager/Unit Manager
Location: Peabody, Massachusetts
Shift: Day (40 hours a week)
Type: Permanent
Compensation: $95k-110k (Annual compensation includes potential for annual bonus of up to 8% of salary. Typical bonus 5-7%.)
Requirement-
  • Candidates need to have the specific experience in assisted living/ home health setting.
  • Potential candidates could be charge nurse, supervisor, etc.
  • Basic computer skills required including experience with Microsoft Office, internet and web applications,
  • Experience with electronic medical record preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a RN on a nursing unit (skilled nursing, long term care, assisted living or hospital) is required.
Job Summary-
  • Responsible for the oversight and clinical outcomes of the neighborhood assigned Coordinates, implements and oversees clinical care of guests/residents in skilled nursing/long term care neighborhood.
  • Maintain clinical practice and processes in accordance with the Erickson Living Policies and Procedures and nursing standards of practice.
  • Promote and model Erickson values as a community/ clinical leader including but not limited to respectful and caring interactions with staff, residents, and family members. Responds in a timely fashion to resident and/or family requests with the intent on a resolution that meets the needs of the individual resident and family.
  • Works cooperatively and collaboratively with other department directors to ensure resident’s care needs are met.
