Sherri Branson's State Farm Insurance Agency is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist. We have both full-time and parrt-time positions available.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
