ROLE DESCRIPTION:Kenneth Brown - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, your training in insurance products and industry trends will equip you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients via phone, email and text.
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
  • Currently licensed in Property & Casualty or required within 30 days of employment.
  • Life & Health license required within 45 days of employment.
  • Spanish bilingual preferred but not required.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
