Licensing Requirement
  • Active Arkansas Property & Casualty license is required prior to your start date.

  • Candidates currently working toward their P&C license are encouraged to apply.
  • We provide study materials, coaching, and full support throughout the licensing process to help you become licensed before your first day.
What You'll Do
  • Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, outbound calls, and lead follow-up.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
  • Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and other insurance products.
  • Cross-sell multiple product lines to better protect customers and maximize every opportunity.
  • Follow up consistently to convert quotes into written business.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with agency and state insurance guidelines.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and production goals.

  • Active Arkansas Property & Casualty license or the ability to obtain it before employment.
