Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and love to work with people, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Run office errands as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Great team player
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
