Job Summary
The Private Bank Business Transformation Leader will play a key role in driving broad-scale business transformation across the Private Bank & Wealth Management organization, advancing a portfolio of change initiatives that deliver a market-competitive, simplified operating model for our consolidated business. This transformation agenda includes a range of strategic change initiatives spanning product, process, servicing, client experience, and training; and includes a part time focus on core conversion and migration to a new core platform.
Across this agenda, the role ensures all capabilities and requirements are well designed, controlled, and aligned with both business objectives and regulatory expectations. It partners closely with technology, product, and function teams to build scalable solutions, and ensures every initiative keeps client service and experience prioritized and aligned with enterprise objectives. Reports to the Chief Operating Officer of the Private Bank & Wealth Management organization. Partners with senior leaders across Business, Technology, Product, Operations, Risk, and Compliance. Will work to ensure all strategic change initiatives are focused on delivering our future state architecture, proposition, and business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Owns business transformation outcomes across the change portfolio
  • Supports rationalization and aligns prioritization across Private Bank needs (including consumer, commercial, and treasury management products and services)
  • Drives forward delivery of future-state product and servicing needs
  • Drives creation of an industry-competitive business model, simplified from current state
  • Novel design for data, accounts, and pricing structures
  • Supports design for account migration strategy, as applicable
  • Prioritizes capability modernization
  • Defines Private Bank client communication strategy across all change initiatives
  • Partners with Technology to gather requirements and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements and prioritization of defect resolution
  • Drives change with consideration to high-risk / high-value clients
  • Implements change to uphold Private Bank white-glove experience
  • Aligns private banking servicing changes
  • Creates client transition playbook
  • Drives relationship deposit retention
  • Measured on transformation milestones, key commercialization / financial results, client attrition, and on-time delivery of transformation workstreams, as applicable
  • Supports training and communication activities, including creation of job aids, procedures, or control enhancements
  • Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required
  • Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and completes required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum experience required: 8+ Years in Financial Services, Operations, Business Management, or Process Improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of reports for senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education level preferred: Master's Degree (or Postgraduate equivalent)
  • Experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services
  • Familiarity with control management, data integrity, and risk management.
  • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar process improvement / change management certification
  • Deep knowledge of FIS or FiServ platform, Private Bank line of business
  • Underestanding of S2 future state bank
  • Deep Signature Bank portfolio / infrastructure knowledge

Pay Range
$139,931.25 - $248,711.00
