Job description

Production Assembly Operator

The Production Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting components to produce finished high-quality products that meet quality and dimensional standards. This role supports the production and manufacturing team and assists with additional tasks needed to help meet production goals and uphold safety and quality standards.

Premier PV is a leading manufacturer of solar electrical balance of systems solutions and renewable energy products, dedicated to advancing sustainable energy technologies. Our mission is to provide innovative, efficient, and reliable products that enhance solar energy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble parts, components of finished products according to established work instructions.
  • Perform routine quality check on assembled goods, identify and reporting defects to Supervisor and/or Management.
  • Operator and monitor assembly machinery, tools, and equipment safely to ensure efficient production.
  • Maintain accurate production records, track material usage, and report any issues to Supervisor.
  • Follow all safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and keep workstation clean and organized.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
  • 1โ€“2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and operate work instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Benefits and Pay:

$20/hr

Physical Requirements:
