Job description

Note: Hybrid work schedule 2 days remote, and 3 days onsite/week

Data Analyst

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Using multiple data systems to analyze and report on various topics related to outcomes, utilization, and trends of the population served.
  2. Providing ad hoc and customized analyses on standardized timelines.
  3. Development of standardized financial reports for all I/DD program areas.
  4. Providing technical assistance to internal staff on metrics, management reports, etc.
  5. The ideal candidate will have the ability to adapt their perspective to include clients, data analysts, and external stakeholders, as well as demonstrate a strong background in developing, maintaining and modifying recurring reports/dashboards

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

  • Demonstrated successful experience drawing insights from complex and imperfect data sets and improving data quality/cleaning.
  • Demonstrated successful experience performing analytic tasks as part of a multidisciplinary team involving programmatic, clinical, or administrative staff.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership and key stakeholders to provide timely, accurate, and concise analysis, reporting, and decision support while managing multiple priorities and meeting established timelines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Access, VBA, SQL, Python, R, STATA, DAX or other analytical and automation tools.
  • Experience with data visualization tools in PowerBI, Power Query and Excel.
