Job description
Note: Hybrid work schedule 2 days remote, and 3 days onsite/week
Data Analyst
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Using multiple data systems to analyze and report on various topics related to outcomes, utilization, and trends of the population served.
- Providing ad hoc and customized analyses on standardized timelines.
- Development of standardized financial reports for all I/DD program areas.
- Providing technical assistance to internal staff on metrics, management reports, etc.
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to adapt their perspective to include clients, data analysts, and external stakeholders, as well as demonstrate a strong background in developing, maintaining and modifying recurring reports/dashboards
Preferred Knowledge/Skills
- Demonstrated successful experience drawing insights from complex and imperfect data sets and improving data quality/cleaning.
- Demonstrated successful experience performing analytic tasks as part of a multidisciplinary team involving programmatic, clinical, or administrative staff.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership and key stakeholders to provide timely, accurate, and concise analysis, reporting, and decision support while managing multiple priorities and meeting established timelines.
- Experience with Microsoft Access, VBA, SQL, Python, R, STATA, DAX or other analytical and automation tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools in PowerBI, Power Query and Excel.
