  • Create strong relationships through education, transparency, and trust
  • Confidently present system options, upgrades, and financing in a clear, professional way
  • Guide customers through energy-efficiency improvements and long-term comfort decisions
  • Own the entire sales cycle - from initial visit through signed agreement
  • Partner with installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Keep all customer details, scheduling, and documentation organized and up to date in the CRM
  • Continue developing your expertise through ongoing training, feedback, and coaching

What You'll Earn

  • $30,000 base salary

Your income reflects your effort and performance - with the stability of a base and the freedom of unlimited upside.

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of HVAC sales or skilled-trade in-home selling experience
  • Track record of closing and building genuine trust with homeowners
  • Polished communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
  • High personal standards, professionalism, and strong follow-through
  • Coachable mindset, open to training, feedback, and growth
  • Systems-driven, organized, and accountable
  • Motivation to grow into senior sales or leadership roles

What We Offer

  • Uncapped Commission Structure Performance-driven pay with no earnings ceiling.
  • Stability + Upside $30,000 base salary to provide consistency while your commissions grow.
  • Health & Wellness Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees, with the option to add coverage for family members.
  • Financial Security 401(k) with a 4% company match.
  • PTO Up to 120 hours of paid time off plus 6 paid holidays.
  • Tools for Success Company vehicle, gas card, and a $250 annual boot & rain-gear stipend.
  • Ongoing Training & Career Growth Internal and external training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities as our HVAC division continues to grow.

Why Evergreen?

  • HVAC division backed by a highly successful, established plumbing company
  • Built-in brand recognition and a loyal, growing customer base
  • Strong inbound demand and operational support
  • Clear advancement opportunities as the HVAC division scales
  • Positive, accountability-driven culture that rewards performance and integrity
The Opportunity

This is your chance to help shape the future of Evergreen's HVAC division from the ground up, with the security of proven systems and real customer demand already in place.

If you're a high performer ready for stability, support, and income that truly reflects your results, Evergreen is where you build your career.
