Job seekers interested in these roles should apply in advance to ensure availability and to complete any necessary onboarding processes before the December start date.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Starting December, and why are they important?

What are some common challenges faced by professionals starting a new role in December, and how can they address them?

Starting a new position in December can present unique challenges, such as onboarding during the holiday season when team members may be on vacation and workflows are slower. This period often requires new hires to be proactive in seeking guidance and introductions, as regular team activities might be paused. It's helpful to schedule one-on-one meetings with colleagues, familiarize yourself with company resources, and set clear expectations with your manager to ensure a smooth transition. Taking initiative in learning and building relationships can help you integrate effectively despite the seasonal slowdown.

Musical Theater Teacher

Job description:

Musical Theater Teacher (Children & Teens)

Crescendo Music Studios is a new music and performing arts school opening this September in Glen Park. We're looking for a musical theater teacher to lead our afternoon program for children and teens.

The studio handles enrollment, scheduling, billing, and the space.
