This is a role for our Boston branch. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for expediting, project management, inspection, and logistics management tasks related to supporting projects across specialty scopes projects.
Responsibilities
  • Project Set-Up - Ensure that proper tools, processes and other requirements are in place prior to the beginning of a project.
  • Project Execution/Document Control - Ensures project is executed in accordance with Starlite's processes/best practices from pre-construction through close-out.
  • Financial Management - Ensures timely and accurate completion of all Starlite financial processes, controls and reports.
  • Close-Out - Assists Project Team in timely and accurate close-out of project.
  • Relationship Management - Develops and maintains critical internal and external relationships, especially with clients, owners, subs and Starlite staff.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of construction administrative or construction project management
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering or related work experience
  • Software Applications: MS Office (Word and Excel), CMiC

Salary Range Information
