Description

Stark Truss was founded in 1963 and is a leading manufacturer and supplier of wood components for the construction industry. With over 60 years of experience supplying large multi-family and commercial developments, single family track and custom homes, agricultural buildings. Our construction product line includes roof and floor trusses, wall panels, laminated veneer lumber (LVL), I-joists, light-gauge steel trusses, glulam posts, pre-built stairs, StarkLam beams and connector hardware.

Stark Truss Company is currently seeking 2nd Shift Truss Builders to join our team in our busy truss manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a team oriented attitude, excellent communication skills and a desire to grow. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating production line equipment, finishing building materials and inspecting finished goods. Experience in the building trades is preferred but not required. All qualified, responsible applicants are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: The starting wage is $16 per hour. In addition to hourly compensation, employees are eligible for overtime and attendance bonus.

Attendance bonus is $150 for perfect attendance for 2 weeks and an additional $175 every 4 weeks ($475 per month).

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8PM - 6AM; Overtime if needed on Friday

Benefits: The company also provides Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401K retirement plan with company match!

Qualifications:

-Dependability and reliable transportation.

-Strong work ethic and organizational skills.

-Able to work while standing for extended periods of time

-Able to lift 80 to 100 pounds

-Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred but not required
