Job description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Starbucks Store Manager to lead our store team in delivering the exceptional Starbucks experience. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, coach and mentor partners, and ensure a welcoming environment for our guests.

As a Concord Leader you will be responsible to: Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the store team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
  • Monitor product quality and presentation, ensuring all beverages and food items meet Starbucks standards
  • Manage scheduling and labor to optimize productivity and meet financial targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, fostering a positive, inclusive, and team-focused culture
  • Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to drive revenue and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and store policies

  • Previous retail or food service management experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
