We're seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Architect to serve as a strategic partner to our Sales organization, shaping how we use Salesforce Sales Cloud to drive productivity, pipeline visibility, and overall business growth.

The Senior Salesforce Business Architect serves as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, shaping how Salesforce Sales Cloud is leveraged to drive productivity, pipeline visibility, and revenue growth. Operating at the intersection of business strategy and technology, this role translates complex B2B sales processes into scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions.

This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for leading solution design, influencing cross-functional priorities, and guiding engineering teams in delivering robust, integrated capabilities. The role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, strong business acumen, and the ability to operate independently on complex, high-impact initiatives.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with Sales leadership, Product, and Engineering teams to define business needs and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Analyze existing sales workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization (e.g., pipeline management, seller productivity, user experience improvements).
  • Lead solution definition including process design, business requirements, and user journey mapping.
  • Architect Salesforce Sales Cloud enhancements that improve usability, reporting, and revenue outcomes.
  • Guide engineering teams on system architecture, integrations, and data models without direct coding responsibility.
  • Support proof-of-concept initiatives to validate new tools, capabilities, and approaches.
  • Drive adoption of new features including automation, AI (e.g., Agentforce), and advanced analytics capabilities.
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Identify and introduce leading practices and emerging technologies to evolve sales capabilities.
  • Contribute to development of business and technical standards, frameworks, and governance models.

What you bring to the table:

  • Proven experience supporting B2B sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business processes into Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including integrations, APIs, and data models.
  • Prior hands-on experience in Salesforce development or engineering, with the ability to review and guide technical designs.
  • Ability to partner effectively with engineering teams on system architecture and integration approaches.
  • Experience partnering with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Experience driving sales process improvement and productivity initiatives.

What's needed - Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience, including configuration, design, or architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a B2B sales environment
  • Previous experience as a Salesforce developer, engineer, or technical architect, with the ability to effectively guide and partner with engineering teams.

What's needed - Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Experience Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Exposure to Salesforce AI / Agentforce capabilities.
  • Background in consulting, advisory, or solution design roles.
  • Experience in B2B eCommerce or distribution environments.

We Offer:

  • Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups
  • 22 days of PTO and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays + 1 floating holiday)
  • Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!
