Job Description:

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager with a true hunter mentality to generate new business and build strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a field-based sales environment, enjoys engaging with senior decision-makers, and wants to play a key role in driving company growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a strong outbound sales pipeline to identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Present solutions to senior stakeholders, including executives and ownership groups, to drive partnership agreements
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with developers, builders, and key industry partners
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads
