  • Develop accurate pricing and proposals using the Retail Cost Breakdown (RCB) methodology and price book standards, consulting with the Regional Sales Manager when pricing falls outside established company guidelines.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and appointment workflow, including running appointments assigned by the Lead Manager, coordinating availability and scheduling issues, conducting immediate and ongoing follow-up with prospects, and scheduling follow-up appointments until the sale is closed or the prospect is no longer active.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting, updating customer information daily, tracking appointment and sales status, managing follow-up timelines and sale-to-dig projections, and preparing activity logs, sales disposition reports, and goal-tracking reports as required.
  • Build and expand a local referral network by actively pursuing club memberships, developing relationships with landscapers, builders, and related businesses, and identifying new sales prospects to grow referral-based opportunities.
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives, contributing local market insights to marketing strategy, assisting with the development of sales presentations and collateral materials, and participating in seminars, trade shows, telemarketing, and other promotional events.
  • Engage in ongoing performance management and development, including monthly meetings with the Regional Sales Manager to review progress against individual sales plans, evaluate results, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
