The General Manager leads the Division's operations with full accountability for strategy, growth, and profitability. This role drives business objectives, ensures operational excellence, and builds strong relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors. By aligning people, processes, and resources, the General Manager delivers consistent results, high-quality service, and long-term success for Anthony & Sylvan.

- Analyze monthly financial performance indicators and make adjustments as needed.
- Direct the preparation of the Division's annual business plan and budget, monitoring progress throughout the year.
