Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team! This role is essential in ensuring our warehouse operation runs smoothly, ensuring that our technicians are well supplied and acquire materials and equipment in a timely manner. Your contributions will directly support our technicians' ability to quickly provide excellent service to our clients.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 - 45 hours/week
Responsibilities
  • Complete truck inventory audits on a regular basis.
  • Fulfill technician material needs during morning preparations and throughout the day.
  • Unload shipments and stock shelves, making sure everything is put in its proper place.
  • Deliver parts and heavy equipment (usually mini excavators, dump trailers) to jobsites as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with warehouse coordinator to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Assist with larger warehouse projects as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and moving materials.
  • High attention to detail, likes to keep things organized.
  • Comfortable towing small trailers and equipment (no CDL required).
  • Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Excel.
  • Professional, good verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude that loves to serve and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Growth mindset: coachable, always hungry to learn more.
  • Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Experience with Service Titan application.
