POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Project Manager at LJA Surveying, you will be responsible for the daily management of multiple survey technicians and support staff in the Denver Survey Department.

Compensation: 90,000 - 150,000

A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE:

  • Supervision of field operations and technical staff for construction services
  • Ability to review construction drawings and prepare construction staking proposals
  • Survey calculations, analysis and quality control
  • Update job’s progress to contractors, developers, and home builders
  • Assign and manage projects and workload
  • Determine billing and revenue
  • Maintain client relations

REQUIRED EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Professional Licensed Surveyor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 12 years of work experience
  • 5 years of management experience
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to build strong client relationships
  • Proficient in Civil3D and Trimble Business Center
