What You'll Do
  • Install and repair wheelchair ramps, stair lifts, ceiling lifts, and other accessibility products
  • Perform service calls and troubleshoot mobility equipment
  • Meet customers in their homes for evaluations of ramps, stair lifts, and VPL systems
  • Educate customers on proper use of mobility equipment
  • Schedule service calls and deliveries from work orders
  • Communicate with customers and provide in home technical support
  • Learn installation and repair systems through paid training

What We're Looking For
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools
  • Background in construction, carpentry, HVAC, solar, handyman, service, or installation work preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills for work orders and scheduling
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license

Required Equipment
  • Your own truck or van
  • Your own general tools

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors year round
  • Able to climb ladders, crouch, bend, and work overhead
  • Comfortable occasionally working in tight spaces or at heights

Hiring Requirements
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Ability to pass drug screening
  • Clean motor vehicle record preferred
