Overview
We are seeking a Social Content Manager to support a cohort of senior Growth Executives here at Stagwell, translating company priorities, thought leadership, and strategic initiatives into compelling, executive-level content across social and owned channels. This role sits at the intersection of brand, demand generation, and executive storytelling-responsible for building consistent, high-impact narratives across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, newsletters, podcasts, and video.
You will partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and Demand Gen teams to turn strategy into engaging, audience-first content that drives visibility, credibility, and pipeline.
This position requires regular, in-person work from our New York office.
Responsibilities
Executive Narrative & Content Strategy
  • Support the development and evolution of executive and company narratives across Growth leadership
  • Translate business priorities, thought leadership, and key initiatives into clear, compelling, and platform native content
  • Ensure consistency in voice and positioning across executives, while tailoring for individual styles and audiences
  • Partner with Demand Gen to align content with campaign priorities, GTM motions, and pipeline goals

Multi-Channel Content Creation & Execution
  • Own content creation and execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, newsletters, podcasts, and video
  • Help manage editorial calendars for 6-8 Growth Executives
  • Create timely, relevant content that connects leadership POVs to market trends and cultural moments
  • Write and produce weekly executive newsletters, ensuring consistency and audience value
  • Adapt content across formats-from short-form social to longer-form thought leadership

Audience Engagement & Growth
  • Support targeted communications across owned channels, including newsletters and outbound engagement
  • Analyze engagement trends to understand what resonates and refine messaging
  • Contribute to more personalized, high-value engagement with priority audiences

Performance & Optimization
  • Track and evaluate content performance across channels, using insights to improve approach
  • Support efforts to drive audience growth, engagement, and conversion
  • Test and optimize content formats, timing, and messaging based on performance

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Growth Executives, Demand Gen, Brand, and Communications teams to align on messaging and priorities
  • Contribute to a coordinated approach to storytelling across regions, platforms, and audiences
  • Help translate strategy into clear, high-quality content that performs on-platform

What Success Looks Like
  • Consistent, high-quality executive presence across social and owned channels
  • Growing engagement and audience reach for Growth leadership voices
  • Strong alignment between executive content and broader marketing priorities
  • Content that drives visibility, relevance, and conversation

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in content, social media, digital marketing, or communications
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging content
  • Experience creating content across social and owned channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, newsletters, etc.)
  • Interest in executive communications, personal branding, or B2B storytelling
  • Basic understanding of social analytics and willingness to use data to improve performance
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with senior team members
  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn
