This role provides hands-on experience in stage management, allowing interns to learn about backstage operations, organization, and problem-solving within a live theater environment.

What are the typical responsibilities of a stage management intern during a production cycle?

As a Stage Management Intern, you will support the stage manager and assistant stage manager throughout rehearsals and performances. Your daily tasks may include preparing rehearsal spaces, distributing scripts or schedules, taking detailed rehearsal notes, and assisting with communication between the cast, crew, and production staff.
