The Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Therapist to join the Resilience Behavioral Health team in Massachusetts. This is a full-time clinical role delivering individual and group therapy services within a structured outpatient setting. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical skills, a genuine passion for supporting individuals in their recovery, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
What You'll Do
  • Provide individual and group therapy to clients in a Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and/or Intensive Outpatient (IOP) setting
  • Develop and maintain individualized, client-centered treatment plans in accordance with clinical standards
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff to coordinate care
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically indicated
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, licensure, and documentation requirements

Requirements
  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field required
  • Massachusetts license or license-eligible status required (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, or equivalent)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a behavioral health or mental health treatment setting preferred
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and experience working with diverse populations
  • Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with EMR systems
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams

Benefits
Compensation and Schedule
  • Salary: $65,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience
  • Schedule: Days - Monday through Friday
  • Work Setting: Onsite
