Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide professional pharmacy services as a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist supporting retail operations in Calhoun, GA. This position requires expertise in prescription verification, patient counseling, and efficient workflow management within a retail pharmacy setting. The role utilizes the Pioneer RX system and supports a well-established pharmacy handling approximately 120 prescriptions daily, assisted by a highly experienced pharmacy technician.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and accurately dispense prescriptions in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and answer any medication-related questions.
  • Collaborate effectively with pharmacy technicians and healthcare providers to ensure safe and timely prescription fulfillment.
