Program Manager Opportunities in Macomb, Michigan

An international company with a facility in the Macomb, Michigan area is currently seeking several Program Managers for a long-term Direct Hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for Program Managers looking for a company that offers excellent growth, leadership, competitive rates, good work / home life balances, and more!

Program Managers rates are anticipated to start between $90,000-$130,000/year plus a 25% bonus based on each candidates experience and education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, and bonus opportunities.

Qualified Program Managers will have most (if not all) of the following skills and experiences:

  • 3+ years of recent/relevant Program Management experience with turnkey manufacturing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • 3+ years of experience overseeing budgets, schedules (MS Project/Primavera), directing staff and teams, handling resource allocations, product tracking, client interactions, supplier selection, and execution of complex manufacturing and CNC machining system projects.
  • A BS in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field is preferred. A PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a benefit, but not essential.
  • Monitor project performance, maintain compliant project documentation and reporting, and provide technical guidance, problem-solving, and team support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Strong understanding of CNC manufacturing practices, precision CNC machinery, including benchmarking, procurement, supplier evaluation, and technical analysis to support final selection decisions.
  • Must be able to work in the USA: US Citizens / Canadian/Mexican Citizens (eligible for TN visas) / US Green Card holders welcome.
  • Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
