Residents enjoy recreational activities at the lake, which is surrounded by campgrounds, a golf course, and softball fields, offering an ideal balance of small-town living with outdoor amenities.Facility:This facility is part of a comprehensive healthcare campus offering a full continuum of care including Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Facility, Home Health, Rural Health Clinic, and Critical Access Hospital services - all conveniently located on one campus. The clinic is affiliated with Holy Trinity Hospital, a Catholic facility, and serves the Graceville community with six-day-a-week staffing plus on-call coverage for Sundays and holidays.Opportunity: PHYSICIAN - Family Medicine (no OB)This position offers the chance to join an experienced and engaged Primary Care team currently consisting of 1 family physician and 2 advanced practitioners.
