The Staffing Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring that the organization is optimally staffed to meet operational demands and business objectives. This position involves onboarding healthcare staff into the electronic visit verification system, managing schedules, and maintaining clear communication between staff and clients. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for onboarding new employees, Creating schedules in the EVV system, communicaticating with case managers and clients, reporting effectively to the Chief Staffing Coordinator and Administrator and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. By effectively managing staffing resources and anticipating workforce needs, this role directly contributes to the organization's productivity and employee satisfaction. Ultimately, the Staffing Coordinator assistant supports the company’s growth and success by aligning strategies with organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
