JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing an organization’s IT systems and server infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and high performance. This role includes monitoring system health, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing updates and patches, managing user access and permissions, and supporting both onpremises and cloud environments. The Systems Administrator collaborates with IT and security teams to enforce best practices, enhance system resilience, and provide technical support that enables efficient day to day operations across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS:

  • Work with others to resolve or implement new hardware and software for servers and computers, printers, telephones and other service systems of the Company
  • Assistother IT staff withdesigning, installing,administeringandoptimizingcompany servers, computers,and related components of various business applications.
  • Respond to IT Systemsrelatedtickets and calls.
  • Independently implement andmaintainservers and cloud systems
  • Ensure the availability ofclient/server applications.
  • Plan and perform service updates and patches.
  • Maintain and monitor system configurations to ensure data integrity.
  • Assistwith documentation of hardware and system configurations
  • Work in conjunction withIT relatedservice providers and vendors in providingappropriate servicelevels to the Company.
  • Assistin overseeing the physicaland virtualsecurity,integrityand safetyof Companytechnology.
  • Oversee and lead project tasks (checklists, scheduling, communication, documentation).
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

MINIMUM QUALIFCATIONS

The successful candidate will be placed in the I, II, or III level that best aligns with their education, experience, and qualifications.

To qualify for the Systems Administrator I

  • 2+ years of desktop support or network administration experience.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field is a plus

To qualify for the Systems Administrator II

  • 3-5 years of systems administration experience.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field is a plus.

To qualify for the Systems Administrator III

  • 6+ years of systems administration experience.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field is a plus.

A qualified Systems Administrator candidate will posses the following skills and abilities:

  • IT and system administration certifications in Microsoft, VMware, or other related fieldsisa plus.
  • Must be capable of working with andmaintainingthe confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Abilityto travel with some overnight travel isrequired.
  • Ability to adjust to flexible scheduling includingevenings and weekendsand holidays, to accommodate operational needs.
  • Strong communicationand organizational skills.

This position is open to Scottsbluff, NE or the Greeley, CO location.

Systems Administrator I: $70,000 – $82,000 per year

Systems Administrator II: $72,000 – $84,000 per year

Systems Administrator III: $81,000 – $93,000 per year

The pay will be based on experience, education, and/or skill level. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, life insurance, 401k and Paid Time Off.

Physical Requirements:
