  • Performance, Scalability & Security: Drive improvements to performance, scalability, and security that benefit multiple teams and systems
  • Lifecycle Ownership: Own major cross-team initiatives end-to-end, from ideation through long-term operational health
  • Innovation: Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and practices that improve engineering effectiveness across the organization

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including at least 3 years driving technical architecture or strategy across multiple teams

  • Strong command of ES2015+, TypeScript, Webpack, Jest, Tailwind, and TDD practices
  • Deep understanding of browser rendering behavior, performance tuning, and accessibility

General Skills:
  • Proven ability to design systems and architecture that scale across multiple teams and products
  • Strong command of CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure), and DevOps workflows
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional influence, including with senior stakeholders

Mindset:
  • Strategic thinker who balances long-term architecture with pragmatic delivery
  • Enjoys mentoring and multiplying the impact of other engineers
