The Subway Store Manager is responsible for the overall operation and performance of the restaurant. This role ensures excellent customer service, food safety compliance, staff management, and profitability while maintaining Subway brand standards.


Key Responsibilities

Operations & Customer Service

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shifts

  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly

  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met

  • Follow and enforce Subway brand policies and procedures

Staff Management

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members

  • Create employee schedules and manage labor costs

  • Supervise staff performance and provide coaching and feedback

  • Handle employee discipline and performance reviews

Inventory & Cost Control

  • Order food, supplies, and equipment

  • Monitor inventory levels and minimize waste

  • Control food, labor, and operational costs to meet budget goals
