They are responsible for ensuring that projects comply with regulations, are structurally sound, and meet client requirements. Staff Civil Engineers often work as part of a larger engineering team, assisting with planning, site analysis, project management, and quality control. Their role may also involve preparing reports, cost estimates, and technical drawings, as well as coordinating with contractors, architects, and government officials.
