Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven Staff or Assistant Manager to join the Automotive Steel Division. This role supports aggressive growth initiatives in the automotive sector by engaging customers, developing new business opportunities, managing supply chain, analyzing market including global economic/trade trends. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding business, identifying new opportunities and driving data-based decision making in alignment with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Support new business development initiatives including OEM/Tier engagement.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally and internationally to manage stable pipeline.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide analytical insights to ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and governance standards.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical capability with steel market and auto-industries.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and structured thinking ability.
Preferred
  • Experience in automotive OEM, Tier X as steel purchasing.
