THE ROLE
We are looking for Beverage Vendors to join our team. As a Beverage Vendor, this role focuses on selling and delivering beverages, accurately handling electronic payments, and maintaining inventory, in a lively, high-volume sports environment. Opening in the 2026 NFL season, The New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will have state-of-the-art technology that will enhance the fan experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Greets customers in a friendly, energetic, and professional manner.

  • Sell and deliver the pre-approved and assigned items directly to fans throughout the assigned seating areas.

  • Provide fast, friendly, and courteous customer service in a high-volume, game day environment.

  • Accurately handle electronic payments through point-of-sale (POS) systems.

  • Verify guest age and always uphold responsible alcohol service standards in compliance with company, federal, and state policies and laws.

  • Carry, transport, and manage inventory during events.

  • Contribute to a positive and exciting fan experience.

  • Maintain a pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.

  • Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.

  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Previous customer service or guest services experience, preferred.

  • Ability to stand throughout the entire shift.

  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively during busy periods.

  • Ability to remain professional and positive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Flexibility to adjust to last-minute changes and operational needs.

  • Ability to attain the required alcohol and food safety certifications prior to working events.

  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays).

Education, preferred qualifications, and/or experience
  • High-volume vending experience, preferred.

COMPENSATION
Commission based position with a 10% commission rate.
